Kraften i tungen unders\u00f8ges ved at presse lateralt mod en spatel placeret ved tungeranden; evt. ved kraft af \u201dbolsje i kinden\u201d. Motiliteten vurderes ved at bede patienten flytte tungen hurtigt fra side til side in mundvigene.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/217860079\" width=\"1440\" height=\"810\" frameborder=\"0\" title=\"Unders&oslash;gelse af n. hypoglossus\" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>De enkelte tungelyde kan testes ved at bede patienten sige \u201dTaTaTa\u201d (forreste del), \u201dDaDaDa\u201d (midterste del) og \u201dKaKaKa\u201d bageste del). Tungedeviation mod hemiparesen ses i den akutte fase af apopleksia cerebri, men den svinder ret hurtigt spontant. Ved perifere eller nukle\u00e6re l\u00e6sioner af nerven ses mere persisterende deviation til den paretiske side<\/p>\n<p>Der inspiceres bedst for fibrillationer (MND) ved patienten holder tungen roligt inde i munden. Dette skyldes tr\u00e6k fra m. genioglossus p\u00e5 den raske side. Der vil hurtig komme atrofi (foldet slimhinde) og fibrillationer. Ved centrale l\u00e6sioner ved apopleksia cerebri ses til tider tungedeviation til samme side som hemiparesen, men. denne deviation forsvinder oftest indenfor f\u00e5 dage.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<span class=\"collapseomatic \" id=\"id6a1b5169cd11e\"  tabindex=\"0\" title=\"<strong>Eksempler p\u00e5 \u00e5rsager til tungeparese<\/strong>\"    ><strong>Eksempler p\u00e5 \u00e5rsager til tungeparese<\/strong><\/span><div id=\"target-id6a1b5169cd11e\" class=\"collapseomatic_content \">\n<em>Ensidige:<\/em> Carotisdissektion (ansa hypoglossi ern\u00e6res fra carotis interna); tumorer p\u00e5 basi cranii, traumer,<br \/>\n<em>Bilateral:<\/em> ALS (atrofi og fasikulationer), pseudobulb\u00e6r parese (med \u00f8get k\u00e6berefleks), syringomyeli.
